I’ve released a new theme for tumblr. It’s been uploaded to the theme garden but not yet approved. This theme has been done with a small project in mind. It features an horizontal navigation through these right and left arrows and we only see one entry at once. Everything is moved smoothly with javascript and jquery.

Expect a demo site in a couple of days when the tumblr staff approves this theme in their theme garden. Meanwhile you can download the theme and read the instructions right here.

    Buenas Jon, quisiera saber si es posiblr mejorar en dos aspector el theme:
    - Seria bueno que para ver los posts largos no solo usar los arrow keys sino tambien el mouse scrolling wheel.
    - Esta confuso eso de pasar posts con las flechas y despues pasar pagina con el footer ya que ademas los previous and next desaparecen debajo de los posts largos.
    - El efecto de pasar pagina con las flechas esta muy cool pero las flechas deberian quedarse estaticas en overflow ya que sin scrolling se desarma el blog usando los arrow keys a la izquierda o derecha como como te dije.
    - Tal vez para evitar eso se podria poner un preview del post sin overflow y mostrar despues el post completo en el permalink.
    - Agregar tags debajo de la fecha o permalink
    - La flecha para bajar el header esta muy pequeña.

    Te felicito por el theme es (casi) exactamente lo que estaba buscando. Ojala pueda mejorar y felicitacione otra vez.

    Gracias por tus ideas y el feedback. Las apunto para posteriores actualizaciones del template.

    Por ahora no tengo ningún sistema para gestionar donaciones, quizá estudie el tema para el futuro.

    ¿Cómo agregar (disqus comentarios) al final de una entrada? Y sólo en la (permalink) pagina …?

    Español no es mi primera lengua, por lo que este podría ser mal escrito: Gracias por hacer de este Tumblrtema. Es uno de los pocos que distrae el típico formato de los blogs. Incluso podría ser menos lineal, y tal vez usted podría hacer un (mashup), con el tipo que hizo (http://corkboard.tumblr.com). Además, js-kit comentarios trabajar mejor con el formato. Gracias de nuevo.

    Ok, R. He entendido bien. En principio no tengo intención de realizar modificaciones drásticas al tema, tengo que añadir soporte a las notas, añadir un contenedor para que los usuarios si quieren añadan su código de disqus y rediseñar el desplazamiento vertical para los posts que sobresalgan del layout. Pero no tengo intención de hacer más que esas.

    Absolutely the best looking tumblr theme, great work! I have problem thou… Disqus doesnt work… do you have any "comments-tool" fitting your theme or maybe a solution to my problem? Once again, great theme!

    Hello Hakan.

    I don’t know the problem you might have with disqus but as far as I know there should be no incompatibility between this theme and disqus. In fact I have it installed in tensongs and working flawlessly. Take a look at the code on that tumblr to see where you have to insert the disqus code. For the next version of this theme I will leave a mark for inserting those codes to prevent this problem. And thank you for your compliments, it’s always good to have good feedback.

    First, thanks for this horizontal slide theme. I’d like to know if it is possible to change the color of the top sliding menu, the one that is sliding with the button under the title?

    Sorry but there’s no way to change those things unless you modify the stylesheet and a couple images yourself.

    Me encantó tu theme, es bastante bueno! de hecho es uno de mis favoritos… tengo una pregunta: Es posible que pueda modificar el theme? solo en el aspecto estético, pues me gustaría agregar un back de acuerdo a mi linea de diseño… que dices?
